Hi, I’m Micah.

In 2026, I decided to launch my own piano technician business and pursue certification as a piano technician.

I was born and raised in Bangor, Maine, and am a former student of the University of Maine. Piano has always been part of my life, whether I am playing them, tuning and repairing them, or taking them apart to better understand how they work. I enjoy the mechanical side of pianos as much as the musical side, and I approach each instrument with care and attention to detail.

Outside of piano service, I am an active musician. I occasionally play organ, compose choral music, and am a trained singer. That broader musical background shapes how I work with pianos, focusing not only on correct pitch, but also on touch, balance, and how an instrument supports musical playing.

My goal is simple: provide reliable, thoughtful service and help keep your piano playing comfortably and consistently for years to come. Hopefully you will come along with me on this journey!
